Hello, Knucklehead!

Hope you had an OK week despite everything going on in the world. This week is Halloween. I don't know what I'm going as yet. But someone else does…

NEW COMIC

A Very Accurate Halloween Costume

And, of course, a bonus panel:
A Very Accurate Halloween Costume
For Halloween my first year at BuzzFeed, I dressed up as my boss Ze Frank. Which was easy to do — at the time, he wore the same baseball hat, fleece, jeans, and shoes almost every day. Only a few of my co-workers recognized what I was doing. It wasn't until I went and stood next to him at our department all-hands that he caught on. I'm amazed I didn't get fired.

Also: I love starting an impression by introducing yourself as the person ("Hi, I'm [the person]"). Like anyone actually talks like that.

This comic never got the love I thought it deserved. But I understand why. The 2007 taut legal thriller Michael Clayton is not exactly a big name in the pop culture lexicon. But it should be. Claytonheads rise up!

OBSCURE BUZZFEED VIDEO I'M IN

How I Would Die

How I Would Die
This was one of the most fun shoots I got the chance to be in. Directed by the talented Amanda Holland, this sketch allowed me to play a killer — something I never get to do. I had a beard at the time that made me look kinda like Jeffrey Dean Morgan from The Walking Dead. So I did my best Negan impression as the nameless killer.

I won't spoil the ending, but two of my fellow castmembers definitely made this a worthwhile shoot. You'll see.
Well that's it for this time. If you missed any past editions, check out the archive. And as always, I love your feedback. So if you have any, please reply to this message or hit me up on Twitter or Instagram.

And here are your fresh batch of Bluesky invite codes. First come, first-served. Good luck!
